In the early hours of Tuesday, the manholes in Kondandaramnagar, right behind the Sharada Theatre, beside the Saroornagar Lake, burst open at 1 am, spilling toxic froth all across the roads. <br />హైద్రాబాద్లో సోమవారం సాయంత్రం కురిసిన వర్షం సరూర్నగర్ చెరువు కట్ట కింది భాగంలోని కోదండరామనగర్ వాసులను తీవ్ర ఇబ్బందులపాల్జేసింది. ఎగువ ప్రాంతాల నుండి వచ్చి చేరిన పారిశ్రామిక వ్యర్థాల కారణంగా సరూర్నగర్ చెరువు కట్ట కింది బాగంలో మ్యాన్హోల్స్ నుండి పెద్ద ఎత్తున విషపు నురగ వచ్చి చేరింది.
